The Firm

A holding company built for scrutiny.

American Overseas Corporation is a privately held conglomerate. Through its subsidiaries and investment vehicles the group participates in defense and materiel, petroleum trading, refining and midstream, frontier mining, critical minerals and rare earths, and private investment.

The group is structured so that each company can operate at the speed its market demands while sharing a single standard of documentation, compliance, and counterparty conduct.

How we operate

01

Proprietary capital

We invest our own balance sheet. No fund cycle, no quarterly pressure, no forced unwinds — only positions we intend to hold.

02

Principal-led

Counterparties deal directly with decision-makers. Terms, pricing, and problem-solving happen without a chain of intermediaries.

03

Compliance as infrastructure

Export controls, sanctions screening, KYC, and end-use documentation are built into every transaction, not bolted on afterward.

04

Operators, not allocators

Each subsidiary is run by its own management with group support in capital, logistics, government relations, and diligence.

Corporate and transaction documentation is available to qualified counterparties under NDA.
