Effective 2026 · Maintained by American Overseas Corporation

Scope

This page is maintained by American Overseas Corporation to answer common privacy questions about this website and its institutional inquiry channels. It is not a certification or an independent audit.

It applies to this website and the operating companies presented on it. Separate terms may apply to executed commercial agreements, data rooms, or documentation shared under NDA.

Information we collect

Information you submit through the inquiry form: name, organization, email address, the company of interest you select, and the content of your message.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, controlled technical data, export-controlled information, classified information, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal data.

How the inquiry form works

The form validates your entry in the browser and then opens your own mail client with the message composed for you. Nothing is transmitted until you send that email, and the site does not store a copy of the submission.

Once you send it, your inquiry is handled as ordinary business correspondence in our corporate email systems.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate desk or operating company, and maintain a record of the correspondence.

To conduct counterparty diligence, sanctions and compliance screening, and to meet legal or regulatory obligations where relevant.

We do not sell information, and we do not use inquiry information for advertising.

Disclosure

Information may be shared internally with the relevant operating company, and with professional advisers, auditors, or service providers acting on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or lawful request by a competent authority.

Retention and deletion

Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address the matter and to satisfy record-keeping, legal, and compliance requirements, after which it is deleted or archived.

You may ask us to delete your correspondence where no retention obligation applies.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Any strictly necessary technical storage exists only to serve the pages you request.

Your requests

To ask what correspondence we hold, request correction, or request deletion, submit the inquiry form on our contact page with enough detail to locate the matter.

We respond to reasonable requests within a commercially reasonable period.
